The website uses hosting, database and file-storage providers to process submissions. Information submitted through the forms and uploaded CVs are not published on the website.

Information collected
Your name, email, enquiry category and message; your organisation if supplied; and the submission time and reference.
Use and retention
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. Contact records are marked for expiry 12 months after submission. Expired records are removed when the contact service next processes a submission.
Expressions of interest and CVs.
Information collected
Your name, email, area of work, preferred region and CV, plus your LinkedIn profile and supporting note if supplied. We also record the file details, submission time and reference.
Use and retention
We use this information to consider you for potential opportunities. Candidate records and CVs are marked for expiry six months after submission. Expired records and files are removed in batches when the careers service processes subsequent submissions.
Your application
The website does not score candidates or make automated recruitment decisions. Do not include information that is unnecessary for assessing your professional experience.
Analytics and technical information.
We use PostHog to understand page visits, interactions and technical errors. The website is configured for cookieless analytics, with session recording disabled. See our cookie notice for more information and your choices.
Hosting and security services also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Access, correction and deletion.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have submitted. Select “Privacy and data rights” in the contact form and include your reference where available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
